Welcome
At Vaya Studio, we believe the best kind of fun is made with your hands. Gather your favourite people, settle in, and spend a few hours creating something real together – good conversation included. Whether it’s a catch-up with friends, a date, or time carved out just for you, this is where making meets gathering – right here in Toowoomba.
“Worlds Within”
“Worlds Within” workshop takes the terrarium concept somewhere more considered. You’ll build a self-contained ecosystem by hand – layering soil, moss, and small tropical plants inside custom glass, with guidance on what it actually takes to keep it thriving. It’s a slower workshop than our others: less about finishing fast, more about getting the layers and balance right. And unlike most things you make in a two-hour class, this one keeps changing after you take it home.
A Celebration They’ll Actually Remember…
Upgrade your 2026 Christmas event to a curated, hands-on masterclass. Vaya Studio offers elevated, intentional workshop experiences designed to help teams slow down, connect, and create together. Your team will step away from their screens and craft their own living glass terrarium – a lasting keepsake long after the holiday season ends.
Custom catering and private venue packages available.
Private group bookings for 8 to 20+ guests now open for November & December. (Save 25% on group tables).
The Vaya Experience

Event Gallery
There’s something special that happens when people gather to create. Conversations flow, smiles appear, and the outside world quietly fades away. These moments, captured throughout our workshops, reflect the warmth, connection, and quiet satisfaction that make every Vaya Studio experience so memorable.
